Is your pool losing water at a substantial rate?
You could have a leak.
With an investigation visit you pool will be visually checked for liner damage, plant damage or a loss of seal in your multi port valve.
Next comes the pressure test. Both ends of your lines are bunged and water is pushed in up to a pressure of around 18 psi. The line is then left for a period of time to see if can hold the pressure. Pressure held then that line is a pass, but if the pressure drops there is a leak in your line.
Once the correct line is identified we take steps to finding and fixing the leak.
On some occasions all lines pass the pressure test and the customer opts for a new liner if it is nearing the end of its life.
